Optimora ("Optimora", "we", "us", "our") operates the AI visibility platform available at https://optimora.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

Information you provide

• Account data — name, email address, password (hashed) when you register.
• Brand & project data — domain names, brand descriptions, competitor names, and other content you enter into the platform.
• Billing data — payment is handled by Paddle. We receive plan and subscription status; we do not store card numbers.
• Communications — messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, audit and monitoring runs triggered.
• Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, timestamps.
• Analytics — if you have not opted out, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage patterns. GA4 data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

• Provide, maintain and improve the Optimora platform.
• Process your subscription and send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, weekly digest).
• Run AI visibility analyses — your brand data is sent to AI engine APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) only when you trigger a monitoring or accuracy scan. It is not used to train third-party models.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security issues.
• Send product update emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We share data with the following third parties as necessary to operate the service:

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / Perplexity — AI engine API calls during monitoring and accuracy scans. Your brand queries are sent in accordance with each provider's API terms.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage analytics. Configured with IP anonymisation.
• Resend / Postmark — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers. The AI engine providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity), Paddle, and our analytics and email providers are located outside Türkiye, so operating the service necessarily transfers data abroad. We make these transfers on the basis of your explicit consent and the providers' contractual safeguards, in line with KVKK Art. 9 and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit results, monitoring runs, and accuracy scans are retained for 12 months. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@optimora.xyz.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in Türkiye, under KVKK (Law No. 6698) Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, ask for deletion or destruction, and object to results produced solely by automated analysis. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in — these are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are optional and load only after you accept them in the cookie banner; nothing is tracked before you consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: TLS in transit, encrypted passwords, and restricted database access. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if you discover a security issue, please report it to security@optimora.xyz.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
